• Welcome to the New GoAutoDial

Welcome to our new service offer for our customers and raving fans – our blog. No, we still haven’t decided to name our blog. Maybe, it’ll just remain as blog.goautodial.com; or we can name it something else. What do you think?

Okay, maybe “raving fans” is exaggerated but I think it speaks well of what we’ve achieved. Many of you may not know that GoAutoDial has thousands of customers, worldwide. Yes, thousands. Not a dozen or so. Not hundreds. Just last year (2011), we had 2,252 sign-ups and downloads of our solution, both for the Enterprise System (or premise-based) and Cloud Solution. It is no surprise that after five years since the development of the original solution in the open source world, we continue to improve our solution to bring the best yet cheapest service available to the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market.

Open source? What’s not open source today. You think Facebook was built from scratch? Not a dime. Not even a nickel. Google? OpenOffice? Probably 8 out of 10 popular applications, web or otherwise, had their small beginnings from the open source community contributing source codes (a.k.a. computer programs) “for free” to help develop the best application everyone can benefit from. Though GoAutoDial’s solutions are transforming itself to a partial-proprietary system, we will continue to contribute and support the global open source community. We remember where we began, and we adhere to the many contributions that have shaped what a great customer contact solution we have today.

From five years ago till today, GoAutoDial continues to provide our “tried and tested” Enterprise Solution through our “no out-of-pocket cost to you” offer, easily downloaded from our web portal and installed in your servers. No out-of-what? Okay, let’s call it “free,” then. At your option, we bundle low-cost VoIP services for organizations that need to call and receive calls from most countries of the world on a per-minute, “prepaid” model, perfect for small and medium enterprises that cannot afford hefty deposits and long-term contract tie-ins. For those of you that need to focus more on what they do best, we also (continue) to offer our top-rated Managed Services on a month-to-month basis; still, without tying you in to a long-term contract. Power to the SMB!

Late last year, we successfully moved our Enterprise System into the cloud, thus launching our JustGoCloud.com solution. You can now sign-up at our cloud portal, www.justgocloud.com, learn on your own how to configure user profiles and create customer campaigns (to name a few) using a set of self-study materials that includes several training videos, go live whenever you want to, and buy VoIP minutes through a secured PayPal transaction – at your financial and operational convenience, not ours. But it’s not enough to create a “Do It Yourself” (DIY) solution. We’ve also re-engineered the way we’re offering our cloud services. If competition asks you to sign a long-term contract, deposit several months per seat and pony-up hefty set up fees, GoAutoDial is eliminating all of that. No long-term contracts. No deposits. No set up fees. Create as much profile accounts as you want. 100 percent recording. Start and stop anytime, at your convenience. No pushy salesman to begin with. Because that’s what everyone expects from a cloud application – free, fast and forever!

Our JustGoCloud.com solution also provides a private cloud version that allocates your own separate, dedicated virtual machine so you can create multiple tenants (i.e. you have multiple centers or branches), multiple administrator accounts and an unlimited access to more resources.

What’s more, we’ve finally found a way to marry our Enterprise System to our Cloud Solution which we simply call our “Hybrid Platform.” What is a Hybrid Platform used for? Well, for those of you involved in both the inbound and predictive dialing services on an enterprise system, bandwidth usage spikes up the moment you enable the latter dialing feature. The more lines you provide per agent profile, the higher the bandwidth usage. Our Hybrid Platform simply moves the predictive dialing function away from Enterprise System and and into the Cloud Solution. Doing this reduces high bandwidth usage to just one single VoIP channel per agent profile. GoAutoDial takes care of the high bandwidth requirement for multiple channels per agent profile without any recurring cost to you. Doesn’t that make more sense?

This year is going to be an even greater year for our raving fans. In the pipeline are surprises like iOS and Android versions (now your supervisor can walk around the call center floor holding an iPad tablet with a bluetooth headset), integration into popular customer- and operational-oriented systems, and more reports and analytics, to name a few. But we’re still committed to provide the small business owner the power of a large enterprise solution on a shoestring budget. Even if our colleagues in the big companies feel like using our solution, the freedom to choose the best means affordability, flexibility and a power-user solution unmatched in the industry. It’s like renting a 2010 Porche Carrera for life, maintenance-free, at the price of a 1960s Beetle. Just pay for gas. Awesome, isn’t it?

Welcome to the “New GoAutoDial!” Because we want to create customer contact solutions that let you create customers for life!
